I feel like we just posted Halloween pictures and now we are decorating for Christmas.
Thanksgiving was great, a blur; but great! We traveled up to Blue Ridge to spend time with Bryan's parents. They rent a cabin for Thanksgiving...something they have done the past couple of years. It is a good get away.
Then we headed over to Alpharetta/Milton to see my dad and Trudy. Then two days later we headed up to mom's in Jasper and spent time with her, Cliff and the grandma's.
So needless to say, the month flew by and we are prepping for Christmas. And in between all that some dear friends, life-long, had their 35th wedding anniversary....so we celebrated with them. Congratulations to Cathy and Terry Higgins!!! We love you guys!

Let's not forget, mommy turned 30 in November as well....wow! Seems like yesterday I was wondering what it would be like to be in college.
We hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving with family and friends as much as we did. As I am still trying to find time to read and sit still, I am still learning what it means to be Mary in a Martha world...especially during this time of year.

I'm right there with you, friend...learning to be a Mary in a Martha world. So so hard! However, I'm learning when I do just take the time to sit and relax, some of the most wonderful moments are captured in my memory. Hope to see you soon! I'm sorry I dropped the ball on getting together last time!
